Returns
We will only accept return of an unopened gift basket or if the basket and/or its contents are damaged during shipping.
Heat Sensitive Products
No chocolates will be shipped during the summer months. This does not apply to personal deliveries.

Our gift baskets are always handmade to order. However, over time, certain basket designs and colors, and some products will change or will be discontinued. We reserve the right to substitute items for equal or greater value in our gift baskets depending on availability. In providing excellent customer service, Fantastic Gift Baskets makes every effort to keep up with the very latest in new basket colors and box designs, ribbon colors and packaging as well as product changes in our wide selection of gourmet foods.
So when you select a gift basket from the many designs on our website, we may not always be able to create the exact same look due to a discontinued item or product. However, we will do our best to create a substitute to resemble your choice as close as possible.
